Fundraising Drives can be held and organized by an individual, group or congregation.
Examples include drives to collect items, such as a Canned Food Drive or a Winter Gloves, Hats and Scarves Drive.

Other ideas for fundraisers include volunteering as an event sponsor or hosting a fundraising/awareness party for Good Shepherd at your home. If you have an idea for a fundraiser, please let us know. You can contact our Associate Development Director on the form to the right (or click here).

With a little help from his mother, this 8-year old Cub Scout collected 30 coats for the homeless.
Becky Bucci, pictured on the right, of the Quilters by the Sea Guild, created the “Good Shepherd Quilt of Hope”. For a small donation, attendees to the 25th annual Quilt Show added their personal message to benefit Good Shepherd.
We say “Socks” when we take a picture – and just look at those smiles. Comfort Socks were smiling too, delivering close to 200 pairs of socks of comfort for Good Shepherd Center’s homeless guests. It was a very happy day. – 10/25/2014
Comfort Socks received great smiles from the volunteers and Ms. Katrina – Executive Director of Good Shepherd Center when Comfort Socks were delivered. Comfort Socks are created especially for the homeless foot – so what better place for them than at Good Shepherd Center – our local homeless shelter serving so many from New Hanover and Brunswick Counties. Now that’s something to be thankful for. – 11/16/2013
