Pumpkin Carving at Good Shepherd Center

University of North Carolina at Wilmington students from Dr. Schlichting's and Dr. Pott's classes at the Watson School of Education have been spending some of their evenings helping to tutor students at Good Shepherd Center.
On Friday evening, October 30, 2009, the UNC-W volunteers joined Good Shepherd Center mothers and children to carve pumpkins, have a fall snack, and celebrate a child's birthday.
The UNC-W students and the children were able to just have fun developing their artistic skills in a relaxed carefree environment. Everyone had a great time and learned from each other while working together!
